This is a Closed meeting. This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss key revisions to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) security baseline inspection program, including the Force-on-Force (FOF) inspection program. The staff will present options for modifying the existing security inspection program to improve efficiency and effectiveness, prioritize the inspection of licensee performance, and reduce unnecessary regulatory burden.
