Date(s) and Time(s): June 13, 2023, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM ET Location: Webinar Category: This is an Observation Meeting. This is a meeting in which attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

For the NRC staff to provide an overview of the DG-3057, Weather-Related Administrative Controls at Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations.

This is a meeting in which stakeholders will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask questions of, or seek clarification from, the NRC staff about the draft guidance, to facilitate stakeholders in reviewing the draft guidance and providing written comments during the public comment period, which ends on July 05, 2023. The NRC staff will not be accepting formal comments at this meeting. Stakeholders may submit written comments on DG-3057, through the formal process outlined in the June 05, 2023, Federal Register notice.
