Location: MS Teams Category: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to inform the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff of Westinghouses Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facilitys (CFFFs) environmental improvements. The NRC staff is reviewing Westinghouses license renewal application and preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. The NRC staff plans to provide a status update of the license renewal and preparation of the EIS.
