Meeting Near Indian Point Energy Center on the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act (NEIMA) Section 108 Date(s) and Time(s): October 02, 2019, 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM Location: Town of Cortlandt (Morabito) Community Center 29 Westbrook Drive Cortlandt, NY Category: This is a Category 3 meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.

Purpose:

To assist the NRC staff in identifying best practices and lessons learned for establishment and operation of local community advisory boards (CABs) associated with power reactor decommissioning activities.
