The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.

Purpose:

The purpose of this teleconference meeting is for I&M and the NRC staff to discuss the decommissioning trust funds for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (CNP). By letter dated May 29, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18142B531), the NRC staff requested additional information regarding the decommissioning trust funds as reported by the licensee in 2017 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17081A443).
