Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.

Purpose:

To conduct a transcribed public meeting to provide members of the public an opportunity to submit comments on the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the Clinch River Nuclear Site early site permit application. The DEIS (NUREG-2226) is available at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/nuregs/staff/sr2226/ or in the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Agencywide Documents Management Access System (Accession Numbers ML18100A220 and ML18100A223).
