Attachment 6 to the Enclosure to PLA-7500 Page 1 of 1 Attachment 6 Affidavit of Timothy S. Rausch I, Timothy S. Rausch, President and ChiefNuclear Officer, Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC, do hereby affirm and state:

1. I am authorized to execute this affidavit on behalf of Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC;

2. Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC requests that Attachments 3P and 4P, which are being submitted under separate cover and labeled "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED UNDER 10 C.F.R. § 2.390", be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 C.F.R. § 2.390(a)(4). Redacted versions are included in this Application as Attachment 3NP and Attachment 4NP.

3. Attachments 3P and 4P contain confidential commercial information, the disclosure of which would adversely affect Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC.

4. This information has been held in confidence by Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC. To the extent that Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC has shared this information with others, it has done so on a confidential basis.

5. Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC customarily keeps such information in confidence, and there is a rational basis for holding such information in confidence. The information is not available from public sources and could not be gathered readily from other publicly available information.

7. Public disclosure of this information would cause substantial harm to the competitive position of Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC because such information has significant commercial value to 1Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC .
