Affidavit of Timothy S. Rausch to the Enclosure to PLA-7500 Page 1 of 1 I, Timothy S. Rausch, President and ChiefNuclear Officer, Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC, do hereby affirm and state:

I am authorized to execute this affidavit on behalf of Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC;
- 2.
Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC requests that Attachments 3P and 4P, which are being submitted under separate cover and labeled "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED UNDER 10 C.F.R. § 2.390", be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 C.F.R. § 2.390(a)(4). Redacted versions are included in this Application as Attachment 3NP and NP.

Attachments 3P and 4P contain confidential commercial information, the disclosure of which would adversely affect Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC.
