Change W to the Susquehanna SES Physical Security Plan is attached for your review. PP&L has determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan e.nd may therefore be made without prior commission approval.
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p) and previous discussions with your Mr. W. Kushner, four copies of Change W are provided directly to Region 1 as an attachment to this letter. One copy of Change W is being forwarded separately to NRR.
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10CFR Part 2, the attachment should be withheld from public inspection.
