In an effort to accomplish relevant discovery requests informally, I have enclosed a copy of the requested document which, for your information, was published in August of 1980 as NUREG/CR-1582, Vol. 3.
I have also pnclosed a copy of a companion document entitled " Seismic Hazard Analysis, A Methodology for the Eastern United States" which was also prepared by TERA Corporation and published in August of 1980 as NUREG/CR-1532, Volume 2.
