ZIMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UtilT t:0.1 Notice is heret,, given that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has published its Safety Evaluation Report on the proposed operation of the William H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1, to be located in Clermont County, Ohio. Notice of receipt of Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company, Columbia and Southern Ohio Electric Company, and The Dayton Power and Light Company application to construct and operate the William H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. I was published in the Federal Register on September 24, 1975 (40 F.R. 4359).
The report is being referred to the Advisory Ccmmittee on Reactor Safeguards and is being made available at the Comission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C., and at the Clermont County Library, Third and Broadway Streets, Batavia, Ohio 45103 for inspection and copying. The report (Document No. NUREG-0528) can also be purchased at current rates, from the National Technical Information Service, Department of Comerce, 5285 Port Royal Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161.
