This report was issued by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation in connection with your ipplication for construction permits for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5.
A copy of a notice which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication concerning the issuance of this report is enclosed for your information and use.
