This requirements was draw(! from Supplement No. Lf. (NUREG-0514) to the Salem Safety Evaluation Report which states that the MRC " ***. will review the model test results to assure that circulation through the sump can be reliably accomplished.
11 Your letter of October 19, 1981 on this subject did not provide sufficient information for us to complete our review in accordance with Supplement No. 4 to the Salem SER.
