Enclosed please find a complete package of errata pages for the Final Data Report for PCS Large-Scale Tests, Phase 2 and Phase 3, WCAP 14135 and WCAP 14138. These change pages constitute a complete set of errata and represent Revision 1 of the report. contains a complete list of the changes that have been incorporated in Revision 1. contains actual change pages for Revision 1 of the Proprietary version of the test report WCAP-14135. contains actual change pages for Revision 1 of the Non-proprietary version of the test report WCAP-14238.
Enclosed with Ms. Jackson's copy of this letter are ten copies of WCAP-14135 and three copies of WCAP-14138. The Westinghouse Electric Corporation copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and affidavit are attached.
This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information consisting of trade secrets, commercial information or financial information which we consider privileged or conhdential pursuant to 10CFR2.790. Therefore, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosures.
