Dear Mr. Quay:
Enclosed is Revision I to Westinghouse Topical Report WCAP-14807, "NOTRUMP Final Validation Report for AP600." This revision to the report provided via the reference transmittal contains Chapter 8, covering validation of the NOTRUMP computer code against tests performed at the test facility at Oregon State University. The revision also includes additions to Chapter 9 covering conclusions based upon the completion of the NOTRUMP comparisons to the Oregon State University tests. Pending feedback from the ongoing NRC review and detailed checking of support calculations, no future revisions are planned. provides page change instructions for incorporation of the revision into the appropriate binders.
