USNRC NRC-22-0016 Page 2 proposed LAR is also affected by approved License Amendment 220, as provided in Reference 4, which is currently awaiting implementation pending completion of the associated required plant modifications. Specifically, both the proposed License Amendment and the approved License Amendment 220 alter TS page 5.0-19. In order to avoid conflicts in implementation order of the two amendments, DTE is withdrawing TS page 5.0-19 from the changes proposed in the Reference 1 LAR.

The proposed change to TS page 5.0-19 involved correction of the continuation notation on the page. The purpose of this change was to correct an administrative inconsistency. Withdrawing the change and leaving the page as-is does not have an adverse impact on the use of the TS or on the other proposed changes in the Reference 1 LAR.

DTE has determined that the information provided does not alter the conclusions reached in the 10 CFR 50.92 no significant hazards determination previously submitted. In addition, the information provided in this submittal does not affect the bases for concluding that neither an environmental impact statement nor an environmental assessment needs to be prepared in connection with the proposed amendment.

No new commitments are being made in this submittal.
