After further consideration of the RAI we received, we have decided to leave Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.1.6.2 in the Technical Specifications (TS) and Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
The text on TS page A3-14 and FSAR pages: 8.1.3-2, 9.2-1, 12C3-31 will revert back to the previous revision of those pages to again include SR 3.1.6.2. The other requested revisions to the TS and FSAR in this amendment request are still being requested for NRC approval. Upon approval of the amendment request, the affected text on the FSAR pages noted above related to SR 3.1.6.2 will be replaced with the prior FSAR revision text when Revision 12 of the UMS FSAR is published.
