Please let me or Helen Chang know if the EDO needs assistance with digitally signing these documents. Please let me know when the FRNs have been signed so we can retrieve the Congressional letters that are included in the hard copy of the package. Also, please e-mail the digitally signed documents back to me so we can forward them to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
