Submittal of the Fermi 2 Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Security and Contingency Plan for Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facilities, Revision 14, and Response to Request for Additional Information Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Detroit Edison hereby submits the Fermi 2 Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Security and Contingency Plan for Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facilities (PSP),

Revision 14. Revision 14 is consistent with the template provided in NEI 03-12, Revision 7. Changes to the PSP were made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),

based on the determination that there is no decrease in the effectiveness of the PSP.

In Reference 2, Detroit Edison submitted Revision 13 to the Fermi 2 PSP. In an e-mail from Mr. Mahesh Chawla to Mr. Alan Hassoun dated June 21, 2012, the NRC requested additional information regarding changes made in Revision 13. The Fermi 2 PSP, Item 13 of the Revision 14 Summary and page C-33 of Section 7, were revised in response to the request for additional information.

There are no commitments included in this letter.
