"Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report" for the South Texas Project for commitment changes processed during the period from June 21, 2013 through June 21, 2015.
Commitments are evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the STPNOC Regulatory Commitment Change Process, which is consistent with the guidance in the Nuclear Energy Institute's NEI 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes". For the period from June 21, 2013 through June 21, 2015, there were no commitment changes processed in accordance with the STPNOC Regulatory Commitment Change Process requiring NRC notification.
There are no new commitments in this letter.
