As requested by the NRC via teleconference on December 16, 2014, STPNOC is providing the following clarification to one RAI response (RAI 2b):

In response to NRC request RAI 2b regardingFacts and Observations (F&Os) from recentpeer reviews, STPNOC confirms that there are no outstanding F&Os related to the Reactor Trip Breakers.

There are no commitments in this letter.
