Letter from G.T. Powell to NRC Document Control Desk, "License Amendment Request for Revision to Unit 1 and Unit 2 Emergency Action Levels", dated May 15, 2014, NOC-AE-14003087 In the referenced letter, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted a license amendment request for South Texas Project Operating Licenses NPF-76 and NPF-80. The proposed license amendment, ifapproved, would update the EALs used at STPEGS from the current scheme based on NUMARC/NESP-007, Revision 2, "Methodology for Development of Emergency Action Levels" to the NRC-endorsed scheme contained in NEI 99-01, Revision 6, "Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors". Enclosure 6 of the referenced letter contained South Texas Project Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) pages.
A STPNOC classification officer has reviewed the UFSAR pages listed in Enclosure 1 and determined the UFSAR pages contained in the referenced EAL submittal do not contain any SUNSI information and can be released to the public.
