STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted revisions to the South Texas Project Physical Security Plan, the Contingency Plan, and the Training and Qualification Plan in Reference 1 as required by Order EA-03-086. The NRC staff has requested additional information and clarification (Reference 2) In order to complete its review of the Safeguards Contingency Plan. The attached response supplements the response provided in Reference 3.

The attachment includes additional information requested to complete the staff review of the Contingency Plan. It also contains proposed revisions to applicable sections of the Safeguards Contingency Plan submitted in Reference 1. STPNOC intends to resubmit b the Plan in its entirety after all Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) regarding the a D South Texas Project Physical Security Plan, the Contingency Plan, and the Training and Qualification Plan are resolved.
