Cottle to USNRC, "Response to NRC Order For Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization EA 02-0261," January 27, 2003 In accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Order EA-02-0261 (the Order) dated January 7, 2003, (Reference 1), and 10 CFR 50.4, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby submits the information required by Condition C.1 of Section III of the Order.

On March 13, 2003, a telephone conference was held between members of the NRC staff and licensee representatives to discuss portions of STPNOC's initial response (Reference 2) to the Order. This letter amends STPNOC's initial response for requirement C.1.8 in Attachment 2 to the Order based on further clarification provided by the NRC staff.

Enclosure 1 to this letter contains STPNOC's amended response, which
