Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to transmit to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a completed NRC Form 536 for Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) as requested in the reference above. CNS will conduct two examinations in year 2022. The attachment to this letter reflects information for years 2022 through 2025. The information for both examinations in year 2022 is entered separately in Column 1 and Column 2 of the attachment. This letter contains no new commitments.
