Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose of this submittal is to provide a Nuclear Material Transaction Report documenting the recent receipt of Special Nuclear Material (SNM) shipments at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) submits this letter in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 74.15(a).'
As prescribed in NUREG/BR-0006, NPPD has completed U.S. Department of Energy/U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission Form 741 describing the SNM that was transferred. This information is being submitted in computer-readable format as prescribed by 10 CFR 74.15(a) and in accordance with Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System Report D-24. A copy of the data submitted electronically to the U.S. Department of Energy is attached for your information.
This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
