Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) operates the Alvin W . Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (Vogtle) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, SNC provides the following registration information associated with two (2) HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask systems recently placed into storage.

Cask Certificate: 72-1 014, Amendment 9 R 1 Cask Model: HI-STORM 1OOS, Version B MPC Serial Number: 541 Overpack Serial Number: 1184 Number of Fuel Bundles: 32 Placed in Service: October 4, 2019 Cask Certificate: 72-1014, Amendment 9 R1 Cask Model: HI-STORM 1OOS, Version B MPC Serial Number: 542 Overpack Serial Number: 1185 Number of Fuel Bundles: 32 Placed in Service: October 11, 2019
