Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) has revised the IPEC "Physical Security, Training and Qualification, Safeguards Contingency Plan, And Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program" to reflect ongoing changes. This revision is included in the Enclosure. The Attachment contains a description of the changes in the required format.
The changes were evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
