At 2109 December 14, the plant entered a 30 day Limiting Condition of Operation (LCO) for the "C" Residual llcat Removal system pump due to the pump not' meeting required discharge pressure at rated -
flow during ASME surveillance tests. Maintenance was performed, including replacement of the entire j
~
rotating element, wear rings, and readadjustment of the motor rotor position.- The pump was retested j
and found to be within specification. It was declared operable at 1549 January 10,1994, which was day.
27 of the LCO.
