License No. DPR-49 Response to Reactive Inspection Report By letter dated February 19, 2015, the NRC transmitted Reactive Inspection Report 50-331/2014011 for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). In the inspection report, the NRC identified a finding that has preliminarily been determined to have low to moderate safety significance (White). The letter provided NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra) with the opportunity to request a regulatory conference or submit the NextEra position in writing.
NextEra will forgo a Regulatory Conference and instead provide our position on the finding in writing. This request was also verbally communicated to Ms.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
