The inspection identified a finding that was determined preliminarily to be a significance of White. In Reference 2 above, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra) requested a regulatory conference to present NextEra's perspective on the facts, assumptions, and significance regarding the proposed finding. In accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0609, Significance Determination Process, this letter transmits additional information to be considered when determining the significance of the finding.
