TSCR-076, NG-06-0490, dated July 21, 2006 In Reference 1, FPL Energy, LLC requested a change to the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Technical Specifications. We have determined that this change is no longer needed and hereby withdraw that request.
No new commitments are made by this letter and the previously docketed commitment (Reference 2) is also withdrawn. FPL Energy will resolve the issue described in that commitment via the site's corrective action program.
