OQur currnt QA Program is.described in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Reposit (U.SAR), iis~in accordanc' with 10 CFR 50, Appendix B and specifically addresses 9A' covprage of radioactive transport packages. The shipping of radioactive materials is described in Section 17.2.13 of the UFSAR.
As previously approved and pursuant to 10 CFR 71.101(c), NMC will continue to maintain the shipping of licensed radioactive materials in accordance with this QA program; Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office.
