Subsequent to that submittal, NRC issued Requests for Additional Information and NMC responded with proposed revisions to the Security Plan on July 29, August 5, August 13 and August 25, 2004. This letter transmits the revised Security Plan which incorporates those proposed revisions in addition to clarifications developed by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), as discussed with members of your staff. Please replace the previously submitted version with the enclosed updated version of the DAEC Security Plan.
This letter makes no new commitments or changes to any existing commitments.
