NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
At the beginning of September, the DAEC had operated 133 days since completion of Refueling Outage 18. During the month, there were two departures from full-power operation: (1) a planned thermal power reduction on September 12 in order to maintain margin to 1790 MWth while performing a High Pressure Coolant Injection system surveillance test (0.02 EFPHs), and (2) On September 24 to clear the Condensate Filter Demineralizer High Differential Pressure alarm while backwashing and precoating a filter (0.01 EFPHs).
