B-68 AMENDMENT NO. 11 Effective January 1, 2002, Indemnity Agreement No. B-68, between IES Utilities, Inc., Central Iowa Power Cooperative, Corn Belt Power Cooperative, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated May 15, 1973, as amended is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the name "IES Utilities, Inc." and substitute the name "Interstate Power and Light Company" FOR THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Christopher I.
