June 17, 2014 To Whom It May Concern Pursuant to 10 CFR 55.40(b)(3), an authorized representative of the facility licensee must approve the examination outline(s) and the proposed examination(s) before they are submitted to the NRC regional office for review and approval. The outline(s) and examinations(s) must be forwarded to the NRC regional office with a cover letter signed by the facility representative.
As the McGuire facility representative, I have reviewed and approved the NRC Operating Examination to be administered in August 2014.
I have determined that the Operating Examination is accurate, operationally valid and ready for NRC review.
