DPR-51 and NPF-6 Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 NRC Docket No. 50-416 Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-29 River Bend Station, Unit 1 NRC Docket No. 50-458 Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-47 Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 NRC Docket No. 50-382 Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-38 In accordance with 10 CFR 140.15, Entergy Operations, Inc., the licensee for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2 (ANO-1 and ANO-2); Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (GGNS); River Bend Station, Unit 1 (RBS); and Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (WF3), maintain a Nuclear Energy Liability Policy, a certificate to the Master Worker Policy, and one or more certificates to Master Policy No. 1 issued by the members of American Nuclear Insurers, with respect to the Entergy sites.
In satisfaction of the requirements of 10 CFR 140.15, the enclosure contains the 2026 American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) "Evidence of Financial Protection (EFP)" and endorsements for Entergy.

Evidence of Financial Protection Form EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION To:
Document Control Desk U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 This is to confirm that there is in force as of the effective date of this Evidence of Financial Protection, a Nuclear Energy Liability Policy (Facility Form), a certificate to the Master Worker Policy [Nuclear Energy Liability Policy (Facility Worker Form)], and one or more certificates to Master Policy No. 1 [Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection)] issued by the members of American Nuclear Insurers, hereafter called the companies, to the Insured named herein, with respect to the Nuclear Facility at the Location stated below.
