[External_Sender] X-energy Environmental Report Engagements Good afternoon Pat, I wanted to touch base to start the conversation regarding upcoming engagements for 2024. Wed like to schedule them based on feedback from meetings we had earlier this December and conversations weve had together during 2023.
- 1. The technical team is planning on coming to the Long Mott site in January, traveling Jan 15, on site Jan 16-17 and returning home Jan 18th.
- 2. Management engagement Regulatory to Regulatory that the NRC is planning on conducting at Seadrift/ Long Mott. This effort is being lead by Dan Womack directly with Dow Feb 5th.
- 3. X-energy Environmental would like to schedule an engagement for January 2024 to review the XE approach to installing a Met Tower and the data collection related to comments we received during the Dec 7 engagement.
- 4. X-energy Environmental is pursuing engagements with the army corps of engineers to discuss the project in general, identify possible permits that may be required, and allow USACE to determine what level of involvement they want in the licensing and permitting process for Long Mott.
- 5. For Pre-submittal engagement, we are looking to have chapters of the ER ready for submittal at these dates:
