RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE LIMITS REPORT, REVISION 8 Enclosed is the Callaway Plant Pressure and Temperature Limits Report (PTLR), Revision 8. This revision modifies the RCS heatup and cooldown curves with values that are applicable up to 54 Effective Full Power Years (EFPY). Revision 8 was developed in accordance with the NRC approved methodology in WCAP-14040-A, Revision 4, Methodology Used to Develop Cold Overpressure Mitigating System Setpoint and RCS Heatup and Cooldown Limit Curves, May 2004. This report is provided to the NRC staff for information in accordance with the requirements of Callaway Technical Specification 5.6.6.c.
