Dear Dir. Warden:

Enclosed is export license application XB1375 from Eckert & Ziegler Analytics, which was accepted for review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), on January 23, 2026.

In this application, Eckert & Ziegler Analytics is seeking approval to export six sets, each containing five PIP Tag Marker Source Cobalt-60 for use in oil and gas well depth exploration at Eastern Testing Services Limited in Pakistan. Each set contains 5.18e-8 terabecquerels (TBq),

and the activity in each set is 2.59e-7 TBq. The total activity to be exported is 1.554e-6 Tbq.

The NRC requests views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
