Under formal oath and airmation, Long Mott Energy, LLC (LME) is releasing the Ecological Resources Technical Report, Revision 1 for addition to the Docket. This report is referenced in the Environmental Report of the Long Mott Generating Station Construction Permit Application (Reference 1). LME has duly reviewed the report and airms that it contains no information that is subect to withholding under 10 CFR 2.390, notwithstanding the condentiality statement in the report.
