REFERENCE:

ACTING DIRECTOR FOR THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION MEMORANDUM DATED JANUARY 13, 2026 Attached is the Office of the Inspector Generals (OIG) analysis and status of recommendations as discussed in the agencys response dated January 13, 2026. Based on this response recommendation 3 is closed. Recommendations 1-2 were previously closed; therefore, all recommendations are closed.

Update NRC Form 176A to include the required anti-gag language.

Agency Response Dated January 13, 2026:

The form was approved by the Office of Management and Budget on December 29, 2025, and the updated form was posted for use on December 30, 2025.

OIG Analysis:

The OIG reviewed NRC Form 176 and noted that page 1 item 11 includes the required anti-gag language. This recommendation is closed.
