letter dated September 17, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25260A487) the Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) submitted traveler TSTF-585, Revision 5, Revise LCO [Limiting Condition for Operation] 3.0.3 to Require Managing Risk, (TSTF-585), to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
The traveler was submitted as part of the consolidated line item improvement process (CLIIP).
Traveler TSTF-585 is approved as a CLIIP traveler. The NRC staffs final traveler safety evaluation is enclosed.
