DPR-42 and DPR-60 Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP) 2025 Reactor Operator (RO) and Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Written Examination Post-Examination Documentation Reference 1: NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 12 Pursuant to the requirements of Reference 1, Section ES-5.1, Issuing Operator Licenses and Post-Examination Activities, the Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter NSPM), is providing the NRC with the required post-examination documentation. The post-examination documentation was developed as a result of the completion of the NSPM grading and reviews of the Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator License written examinations completed on November 18, 2025 at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
NSPM submits the following information as enclosures: preliminary individual scores, written exam item analysis, RO & SRO written exam keys, RO & SRO electronic grade sheets -
graded, RO & SRO exam coversheets, questions asked by candidates & facility response during written exam administration, post-examination review comments made by applicants, and written examination seating chart.
NSPM acknowledges the facility retained the original graded written examinations and that ungraded copies are not available. This was identified to the NRC Chief Examiner and will be documented in CAP.
Form ES-1.3-1, Examination Security Agreement, is not fully completed at this time.
NSPM will submit the completed original form ES-1.3-1, Examination Security Agreement, in accordance with NUREG 1021, Section ES-4.4 & ES-5.1.
