SMR, LLC Submittal of SMR-300 Instrumentation and Control Architecture Licensing Topical Report (Project No. 99902049)
SMR, LLC is pleased to submit the licensing topical report, SMR-300 Instrumentation and Control Architecture Licensing Topical Report, HI-2251395 Revision 0. SMR, LLC notified the NRC of its intent to submit this licensing topical report during a pre-application public meeting held on September 4, 2025 (ML25233A293). SMR, LLC respectfully requests the NRC review and approve that the architecture described in the report is technically acceptable and consistent with current regulations.
SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. An Affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
SMR, LLC respectfully requests NRC staff review and approval of the enclosed topical report by December 31, 2026.
