Terms and Conditions (T&C) 13 of the ITS states that necropsy reports should be submitted to the NMFS with the annual review of incident reports or, if available, within 60 days of the incidental take. Pursuant to T&C 13, PSEG hereby provides two necropsy reports performed by the Marine Mammal Standing Center in Brigantine, NJ for the incidental take of a Kemps ridley sea turtle that occurred on October 13, 2025.
