OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2025, CLOSED PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING REGARDING FUTURE SUBMITTAL OF GLOBAL NUCLEAR FUELS - AMERICAS, LLC, PRIME TOPICAL REPORTS (EPID L-2025-LRM-0110)
On September 11, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual closed pre-submittal meeting with representatives from Global Nuclear Fuels - Americas, LLC (GNFA). The purpose of the meeting was for the NRC staff and GNFA representatives to discuss proprietary information related to the future submittal of the PRIME Topical Reports (TRs) including the TRs scope, applicability, and submittal timeline.
By letter dated September 30, 2025, GNFA submitted presentation slides to the NRC (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25273A208). The meeting was noticed on August 26, 2025, and the meeting notice is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML25238A111. A list of attendees is enclosed.
