Dear Tony Zimmerman:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding retaliation for raising nuclear safety concerns.
The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a licensee employee had been retaliated against for raising nuclear safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
