UUSA License Amendment Request LAR 25-04 Standard Practices Procedure Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter In accordance with 10 CFR 70.34 and 10 CFR 95.19(a), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), hereby requests NRC approval of an amendment to the materials license SNM-2010 to approve the revision to the UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. provides the background, basis for approval of the UUSA SPPP and proposed change.
The attached Enclosure 2 contains the marked up pages of the UUSA SPPP. Strikethroughs and underlines were utilized. Enclosure 3 contains a final version of the UUSA SPPP.
The Enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
UUSA respectfully request approval of this request by June 2026.
